    @legoman844 All you do is just cook them like that.. and then when they are fully cooked you just pull the fillets off.. they come of very easy.. but sometimes they just fall of very easily.. but they are very good eating! –TM9

    @trapperman9 I like putting a bit more salt on the inside of the body. It adds a nice bit of flavor for it.

    Tin foil has not been made in this country in over 5o years. That was aluminium foil.
