    Great vid! keep them coming! The only question I have is did you add lit coals or un-lit?

    @dskillzhtown Good Question, I’ve heard this debated on some forums online, personally I use my chimney starter to get coals going before I add them. I’ve found it easier to avoid temperature spikes by adding lit coals. Some would say this should be done for flavor, i’m not certain on that aspect but it works well for me.
